The Transfiguration Church was built in 1747-1787. and was a tall five-domed quadrangle with a pretentious ending, closely repeating the forms of the Resurrection Church of Tobolsk, a small refectory connected with a hipped bell tower, with a single-domed southern Znamensky chapel.
This architectural monument is now completely lost (closed and broken in 1930).
The sources for its reconstruction were archival photographs, research materials of Krasnoyarsk architectural historians (including general drawings by K. Yu. Shumov), as well as analogues, in particular, the Church of Zechariah and Elizabeth (Tobolsk).
