The Spassky Cathedral, built in 1731-1750, has a longitudinal three-part composition: a temple with a deep semicircular altar apse, a refectory with two side-chapels (the Intercession and John the Baptist) and a bell tower, elongated along one axis.

On the territory of the monastery there is a gate church of Zechariah and Elizabeth (1785-1796), which is located to the east of the cathedral and belongs to the type of “small octagon on a quadrangle”.

The virtual three-dimensional reconstruction of the Spassky Cathedral was carried out on the basis of several sources: archival and modern photographs, drawings of the cathedral. The gate church of Zechariah and Elizabeth has practically not survived. Its reconstruction was carried out on the basis of design documentation.
