The Resurrection Church was built on the site of an ancient wooden church that stood in the northeastern corner of the Yenisei burg, on the banks of the Yenisei. The church had a longitudinal three-part composition: a temple, a refectory with two flanking elevated chapels and a four-tier bell tower with two “bells” elongated along one axis.
